Thank you for shopping at Flag-Up. We offer returns and exchanges for all United States orders. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You can request a return by clicking the link above. Our team will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the original item and inspect the item when it is received in our warehouse. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still intact.
Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date. For orders placed between Nov. 1 through Dec. 31, the return window is extended from 30 to 60 days to accommodate holiday shopping.
Silicone bracelets, lanyards, cell phone wallets, free gifts and mystery boxes cannot be returned.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email us at support@flag-up.com before returning. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective?
Contact us immediately at support@flag-up.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
