When we started the Flag-Up Ambassador Program, we had a simple idea: find the girls and women who already love this game, and give them a platform. We didn't expect it to grow this fast.

As of today, 330 ambassadors are repping Flag-Up across 29 states.

We launched this program back in February. Getting from zero to 330 athletes across nearly 30 states in six months isn't something we planned for — it's something the community built.

That's not a regional following. That's a national one.

The Mission

Why the Program Exists

Every ambassador in this program is a girl or woman who plays this sport for real — on a school team, a club team, a rec league, a backyard with her sisters. They're not models. They're athletes. And they're the reason "Her Game. Her Gear." isn't just a slogan on a shirt.

We built this program because the girls' game deserves champions who look like the girls actually playing it. Real jerseys. Real routes. Real games on real Saturdays in 29 different states.

1. Submit an initial inquiry through our Ambassador application.
2. If you're selected, you'll make your first purchase to unlock your welcome discount, then set up your Ambassador Dashboard account.
3. From there, share your personal code and link with your community — no long-term commitment, no purchase requirements, no pressure. Most ambassadors post about twice a month.

Every order placed through your code earns you a 10% commission, and gets your followers 10% off their own gear. It's a real partnership, not just a discount code.
