Refund policy

At Flag-Up, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our premium women's flag football apparel. If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors on all apparel items. Simply request an exchange when submitting your return, and we'll send your new item right away. Exchanges help us get you into the perfect fit faster—especially important for our compression wear and sports bras.

Returns for Refund If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).

Eligible Items To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from deodorant marks, makeup, or any signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked as final sale at checkout)
  • Items purchased during clearance promotions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Exchanges: We cover return shipping costs for size and color exchanges within the U.S.
  • Refunds: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • International returns: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.

How to Submit a Return

  1. Log into your account at flag-up.com/account.
  2. Find your order and click "Request return"
  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange
  4. Choose your reason and submit your request
  5. You'll receive return shipping instructions via email

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@flag-up.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
