Custom Fit Instructions

1. Place mouthguard in boiling water for 45 seconds
2. Line mouthguard up with center of your mouth and press into your upper teeth
3. Bite down, using fingers to press the edge of mouth guard into the gum line
4. Once comfortable, run mouthguard under cold water for 30 seconds
